This year’s showcase saw the S1000 receiving numerous inquiries, thanks to its impressive upgrades and enhanced capabilities. As part of LJ Tech’s ongoing commitment to innovation, we are proud to introduce several key features that make this model stand out in the world of smart agricultural machinery.
The S1000 orchard robot features a newly upgraded exterior made of stainless steel. This improvement enhances both its corrosion resistance and overall durability, allowing the robot to better withstand the harsh and ever-changing conditions found in modern orchards. Moreover, in addition to the upgraded exterior, several critical components have also been optimized. These include the power drive system, vehicle electrical architecture, and cooling system. As a result, the S1000 ensures smoother and more efficient performance, even in the most demanding orchard environments.
Advanced Navigation and Autonomy
In terms of autonomous operation, the S1000 is equipped with RTK, LiDAR, vision, millimeter-wave radar, and inertial fusion navigation technology. These systems work seamlessly to guide the robot through complex orchard environments. In cases where RTK signals are unavailable, our unique no-map navigation solution ensures that the vehicle can still determine its position and continue its operation without disruption. This makes the S1000 highly reliable, even in areas where traditional navigation methods might fail.
Intelligent Control for Smarter Orchard Management
One of the standout features of the S1000 is the integration of our self-developed intelligent terminal product, the Orchard Mate APP. This app allows users to monitor operations in real time, remotely control the vehicle, and perform data visualization analysis. It provides powerful support for smart orchard management by delivering insights that help optimize spraying efficiency and resource usage. Compared to previous models, the S1000 offers significant improvements in terms of operational stability, safety, efficiency, and overall intelligence.
Another model that has garnered significant attention at the exhibition is the S500Pro orchard robot. It is one of LJ Tech’s flagship products. The S500Pro has received several updates, including improvements in power performance, battery life, and intelligence. This model complements the S1000 and provides a reliable solution for medium-sized orchards. It offers great efficiency and cost-effectiveness, without sacrificing advanced functionality.
