Recently, I attended the Lanjiang Product Conference, which was very fruitful. This meeting focused on a number of key points that point the way for the development of the company’s products.
The meeting firstly emphasised on focusing on the existing product issues. In response to these issues, the team had a lively discussion and put forward a series of practical solutions to the user feedback requirements to re-evaluate and improve the existing products.
In terms of product upgrading and iteration, the future development path is clearly defined. On the one hand, new technologies will be introduced continuously to improve the performance and stability of the products; on the other hand, new functional modules will be added continuously according to the market demand and user feedback.
Service is also one of the focuses of this meeting. It was agreed that quality service is the key to the success of the product. Subsequently, the training of the customer service team will be strengthened to improve the response speed and problem-solving ability, to ensure that users can get timely and effective help in the process of using the product.
