First-Generation Path Planning: Memory Mode
Using a remote control, operators guide the orchard spraying robot through the orchard once while RTK high-precision positioning records the route. This method is precise and reliable but requires significant initial planning effort for large orchards.
Portable Handheld Marking Device
With a handheld marking device, operators can quickly mark points using convenient transportation tools. Once the planned trajectory is uploaded to the device, the orchard spraying robot can follow the trajectory, improving efficiency.
Brand New Upgrade: Discrete Point Marking
The new discrete point marking method completely streamlines the path planning process. By simply marking the start and end points of each row, the autonomous orchard sprayer can automatically generate a complete working trajectory, eliminating the need for manual line-walking.

After marking, only two steps are required for efficient unmanned operation:
- Import a Saved Route: Select and load a pre-planned path, and the robot starts executing the task.
- Generate Trajectory After Completion: After finishing the task, the device records and generates the actual trajectory for future optimization.
Compared to traditional methods, this upgrade significantly reduces the workload of initial planning, making it particularly suitable for large orchards.
