In addition to reducing labor costs, our robot also minimizes the use of pesticides by at least 30%. This reduction in pesticide use is achieved through the use of our wind-sent atomization system, which can be adjusted to spray particles between 150 microns to 500 microns, making it perfect for all crops with a row spacing of over two meters and a height of less than five meters.

The wind-sent atomization system also ensures that pesticides are evenly distributed, reducing the amount of pesticides used while ensuring the orchard is fully protected.

Our robot’s performance advantages over traditional spraying methods include its caterpillar chassis, which can navigate challenging terrains and climb slopes up to 30 degrees and inclines up to 15 degrees. 

It also has a hybrid oil-electric power system, a 16L diesel fuel tank, and a 450L pesticide tank, which allows it to operate for up to 6 hours and spray for 30 minutes with one tank of water.

Additionally, it has a nurse car system that can automatically replenish fuel and pesticides, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
